After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may return the product (as per our return policy) after receiving it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than defects or damages, you can return the product under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving the item.
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged. Shipping for Exchanges: For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless the item was defective or damaged.
